Two pilots, both owners I know and trust, both built before any of this had a price. The proof is in what they stopped doing at 9pm.

What was eating the week. Ashley was pricing every job by hand at 9pm, item by item from a supplier catalog. Happy clients weren’t leaving reviews because no one was asking them. And her website showed ten blurry project photos while competitors were the ones people found on Google.

What we built. A new brand and a nine-page website that shows real price ranges, which no other contractor in her area does, plus a search refresh so people find it on Google and in AI search. A review request that goes out the day she hands over a finished job, written in her words. Her project software (JobTread) connected to Claude, so she can ask out loud what’s on today’s list and get an answer. A social media assistant in her own Claude that turns her job photos into posts for her to approve. Next up: a separate business number, and a voice assistant she can talk to from the truck.

What was eating the week. Grant was booking a full roster of athletes by text, doing time-zone math late at night and giving up his weekends to keep up. Parents texted his personal cell between sessions. And a book, a podcast and a library of recorded meditations sat on the shelf with no time to do anything with them.

What we're building. Online booking that runs itself: clients pick a time inside the hours he set and the confirmations go out on their own, so his evenings and Saturdays are his again. A separate business number, so parent check-ins have a home that isn’t his personal cell. A social media assistant in his own Claude that drafts posts in his voice for him to approve. A search refresh on his website so parents find him on Google and in AI search. In progress: a follow-up assistant that turns his session notes into next steps, and his book and podcast turned into posts, emails and a free guide.

"Sarah has an incredible talent for truly understanding my business and identifying what it needs to operate more effectively. She breaks down complex processes into clear, manageable steps that make sense and are easy to implement. Equally impressive is how quickly she turns ideas into action, moving from strategy to execution with remarkable speed and precision."
